We had a lovely time of rest and relaxation and perfect weather. The room was lovely and immaculate; the service at the resort was top notch. Thank you for answering all my questions. I hope we have the opportunity to return.

Our stay was wonderful! The Alexandra was very nice and was everything you said it would be. My husband just said we should turn our photos of the water, beach and sky into wallpaper! HA Thank you for sharing your resort with us. We rented a car and drove almost 400 miles during our stay, trying to see as much as we could. We would recommend your place and T&C to our friends and family.

Your room was wonderful and the staff at the Alex was nothing short of AMAZING! Although everything was really quiet due to the low season we were treated better than any vacation I have taken, even my honeymoon!

Even the location of the hotel was wonderful! It was in the perfect spot along Grace Bay and was only minutes from everything!!!!

I just want you to know that we are definitly interested in going back and unless we go with another couple, we will be contacting you to use your room again.

Just want to let you know that we had a great time down at the Caicos. The beach is out of this world!

Your condo unit 3303 was perfect for us. It was larger than we expected. Large bathroom, bedroom and decent size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and all necessary items, such as plates, bowls and utensils. We really felt like home away from home.

The unit has great views to ocean and the pool. The Orchid Grill and Bar Restaurant are right by the pool with the swim up bar and good food. Within walking distance along the shore, there are quite a few nice places, such as Hemingway's at the Sands, to have nice meals.

We took the advantage of the local Gecko shuttle bus without renting a car. The shuttle runs every half a hour around town, including super market, marina, shopping places, etc. Tickets are available with per trip, one day to seven days passes with reasonable prices.

The staff at the resort are very nice, courtesy and helpful. They are available 24/7.

Thanks and hope to go down again soon.

We stayed at the Alexandra resort for 6 nights in unit 3303. Here's our review of the resort.

The studio:
It's a studio on the 3rd floor in the Prima Donna building. Everything was new and very clean. It is elegantly furnished with all the commodities. The kitchenette has a fridge, blender, toaster, coffee-machine, microwave which is also a convection oven (therefore, you can bake things). It was very convenient since we would have most breakfasts and lunches in our room. There's also a washer/dryer in the room so it's perfect if you need to do laundry. I really liked the view on the balcony. It's so relaxing to just sit there and watch the beach and/or the sunset. Though it is not exactly a beachfront studio, you can see both the pool and the beach.

The location:
In my opinion, the resort is well located in the sense that it's in the middle of Grace Bay. Therefore, almost everything is accessible by walking on the beach. We walked up to the Club Med on one side and it took us 50mins. Another day, we had lunch at the Tiki Hut at the other end of Grace Bay (at Turtle Cove Marina) and it took us 1h. Of course, you don't need to walk that far to find a restaurant. For example, Hemingway's and Bay Bistro are only 10-min walk and Coral Gardens (the snorkeing reef) are a 15-min walk.

The grounds:
Lots of plants and flowers everywhere. The pool is very big compared to other resorts. Barely crowded. There's a small gym where you can exercise. There are also 2 tennis courts and you can borrow racquets and balls at the reception. They are supposed to build another building in the resort but while we were there, there was no construction so the noise was not a factor.

The Orchid restaurant:
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was good. Prices were like everywhere else on the island i.e. expensive. The staff was very friendly though still inexperienced. They have theme nights a few times a week. Btw, they have a complimentary orientation breakfast on Sunday and a fruit punch party on Monday at 5:30pm.

The beach:
The Alexandra and the Palms have one of the best sections of the beach. The water is so blue... You wish you never have to go back home. It's just amazing! There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas at any hour.

Our general opinion of the resort:
It's an excellent value since you get a very nice studio/resort for a moderate price. We walked to other "luxury" resorts like the Palms, Somerset, Point Grace and they don't seem more upscale though they are more expensive. Also, the resort is not crowded which was really relaxing.
